Return

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return your purchase to us.

To book a return, send us an email specifying the number and date of your order to info@agmotoricambi.com

To find your order number and date do the following:

Log in to your account on the "Login" page
Click on "Orders and returns"
Write down the order number and the date of the order you want to return to us.

At this point you will be followed by one of our tutors who will take charge of your return.

Rules for making a return

Returned items must comply with the following regulation:

The product you intend to return to us must arrive at our office no later than 14 days after receiving the order. After this time we do not guarantee that we will accept the return.
Once your return has been received and complies with our return policy, we will refund you to your original payment method.
We strongly advise all customers to carefully check the garments upon delivery, before removing any attached tags and before discarding any original packaging.
The items must be returned as new, unwashed, intact and unused and with their original labels and any warranty seal. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes and inside a protective shipping box.
The products must be returned unopened in their original packaging.
We recommend returning items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection during transit.

Change goods

To make an exchange you must first return the original item and then place a new order.

Refunds

When you decide to make a return you will receive a coupon with a 15 day expiry date which can be used immediately on the site. After 15 days you can request a refund which will take place with the original payment method according to the times defined for the individual payment methods.

Depending on the payment method used, the refund time can range from 24 hours to 10 days.

Returned items will be refunded excluding the original shipping cost.
